Zubaidah is a former Judicial Officer and now a private legal practitioner as the Principal of her firm, LZ Hussain & Co. She is a mother of 5 children, 2 of whom are special needs children. Zubaidah is also the Founder and Managing Director of Elfera Health & Nursing Care Sdn Bhd, a healthcare service provider which was established to support families with private nursing care for their loved ones.

 

Zubaidah is a passionate woman and strongly believes in giving back to society, in particular, underprivileged special needs families. She is the Founder/Co Founder of several community platforms which include The Impian Project, Peradian Brunei and is Founder/Special Adviser for Girls4Girls Brunei, an international mentoring and leadership programme for young women designed at Harvard University.
